1377 LRIT Conformance test

List of application service providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT conformance test reports on behalf of the administrations

  1. The Maritime Safety Committee, at its eighty-eighth session (24 November to 3 December 2010), for the benefit of SOLAS Contracting Governments and Administrations, approved, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6.3 of MSC.1/Circ.1307 on Guidance on the survey and certification of compliance of ships with the requirement to transmit LRIT information, the List of application service providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT Conformance test reports on behalf of the Administrations, as set out in the annex.

  2. The Committee also requested the Secretariat to update the list as and when changes occur.

  3. SOLAS Contracting Governments are invited to bring the present circular to the attention of Administrations and port State control officers.

1377/Rev.1 LRIT Conformance test

List of application service providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT conformance test reports on behalf of the administrations

  1.   4. This circular revokes MSC.1/Circ.1377 issued on 6 December 2010 and any reference to MSC.1/Circ.1377 should be read as reference to the present circular.
  5. SOLAS Contracting Governments are invited to bring the present circular to the attention of Administrations and port State control officers.

List of application service providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT conformance test reports on behalf of Administrations

  1. The present circular is issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6.3 of MSC.1/Circ.1307 on Guidance on the survey and certification of compliance of ships with the requirement to transmit LRIT information and contains the list of Application Service Providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT Conformance test reports on behalf of Administrations, as set out in the annex.

  2. The list set out in the annex includes, in particular, updated information provided by Azerbaijan, Belize, Ghana and Saint Kitts and Nevis.

  3. This circular revokes MSC.1/Circ.1377/Rev.4 issued on 1 August 2011. Any reference to MSC.1/Circ.1377/Rev.4 or any of its previous versions should be read as reference to the present circular.

  4. SOLAS Contracting Governments are invited to bring the present circular to the attention of Administrations and port State control officers.

List of application service providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT conformance test reports on behalf of Administrations

  1. The present circular is issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6.3 of MSC.1/Circ.1307 on Guidance on the survey and certification of compliance of ships with the requirement to transmit LRIT information and contains the list of Application Service Providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT Conformance test reports on behalf of Administrations, as set out in the annex.

  2. The list set out in the annex includes, in particular, updated information provided by Egypt, the Gambia, Georgia, the Marshall Islands and the Netherlands.
  3. This circular revokes MSC.1/Circ.1377/Rev.5 issued on 19 January 2012. Any reference to MSC.1/Circ.1377/Rev.5 or any of its previous versions should be read as reference to the present circular.
  4. SOLAS Contracting Governments are invited to bring the present circular to the attention of Administrations and port State control officers.

List of application service providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT conformance test reports on behalf of Administrations

  1. The present circular is issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6.3 of MSC.1/Circ.1307 on Guidance on the survey and certification of compliance of ships with the requirement to transmit LRIT information and contains the list of Application Service Providers authorized to conduct conformance tests and issue LRIT Conformance test reports on behalf of Administrations, as set out in the annex.

  2. The list set out in the annex includes, in particular, updated information provided by Cape Verde, Croatia, Egypt, Iraq, the Netherlands (with respect to Aruba only), Palau and Yemen.
  3. This circular revokes MSC.1/Circ.1377/Rev.6 issued on 17 May 2012. Any reference to MSC.1/Circ.1377/Rev.6 or any of its previous versions should be read as reference to the present circular.
  4. SOLAS Contracting Governments are invited to bring the present circular to the attention of Administrations and port State control officers.
