1 Smoking room

As a result of a request for clarification with regards to a smoking room, as required under the  Regulation Seafarers, art. 3.13:

The requirement for a smoking room, as stipulated in the Regulation Seafarers, art. 3.13 (1), is fulfilled if an area of 2 m2, partitioned off from the messroom by glass and provided with adequate ventilation, is available. Each mess room shall be so equipped.
