1 THE Maritime Safety Committee, ant its sixty-fourth cession(5 to 9 December 1944),
approved the annexed "Form for Cargo Information" for circulation to Member
Governments.
2 Member Governments are requested to bring the Form to the attention of ship masters,
seafarers, shippers, shipowners, ship operators and others concerned with the handling of
cargoes.
