IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED REGULATION 13G

 

        AND REGULATION 13H OF MARPOL ANNEX I

 

Communications received from the Administrations of Ireland and Spain

 

Communications  have  been  received  from  the  Administrations  of  Ireland  and  Spain concerning  the  application  of  relevant  provisions  under  new  regulation 13H(5),  (6)  and  (7)  of MARPOL Annex I.

 

In  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  regulation  13H(8)(a)  of  MARPOL Annex  I,  the above-mentioned  communications,  annexed  hereto,  are  circulated  to  Parties  to  the  Convention

for their information andappropriateaction,ifany.
