IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONDITION ASSESSMENT SCHEME (CAS)

Communication received from the Administration of Norway

 

A  communication  has  been  received  from  the  Administration  of  Norway  concerning  a

Statement of Compliance issued to one oil tanker complying with CAS.

 

In  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  paragraph  14.2  of  CAS,  the  aforementioned communication, annexed hereto, is circulated to Parties to MARPOL 73/78.
